Patas Arriba Travel: pet exports, from discovery notes to production in 16 days
A veterinary clinic was running months-long pet export cases on WhatsApp and spreadsheets, losing ~5 hours a day to 'how is my case going?'. I designed and shipped the system that runs it: a versioned requirements engine, a tutor portal, and an async process with the client that turned their knowledge into tested rules.
